New Orleans-based American rock group The Revivalists are an eight-piece band, comprised of Ed Williams (pedal steel guitar, guitar), David Shaw (lead vocals), Zack Feinberg (guitar), Rob Ingraham (saxophone), George Gekas (bass guitar), Andrew Campanelli (drums, percussion), Michael Girardot (keyboards, trumpet) and Paulet "PJ" Howard (drums, percussion). The band was began in the mid-2000s when guitarist Zack Feinberg had a chance meeting with vocalist/lyricist David Shaw, and the two decided to begin performing together. After recruiting further members of the band, and gaining a following by touring and self-releasing two albums (2010's Vital Signs and 2014's City of Sound) and an EP (2008's The Revivalists), the band found success with their major-label debut, Men Amongst Mountains (2015). They released its follow-up, Take Good Care, in 2018.
