In 1993, Sarah McLachlan released her iconic album "The Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" to critical acclaim. The album marked her global breakthrough beyond Canada, with its hit singles "Possession", "Hold On", "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy", "Good Enough", and "Circle" speaking depths of emotions, written during her retreat in a Quebec cabin during tough times in life.

Since then, her career has gone above and beyond, conquering international airwaves, and winning Grammys and Juno Awards. Looking back, she turned life's sour notes into hope and strength through the power of music. Now, she's taking the record back to the stage, celebrating three decades at The Fumbling Towards Ecstasy 30th Anniversary Tour. She'll be joined by FIEST as her special guest for the trek.

"I think it’s interesting as an artist or as a human for that matter, to be able to go back and look at a postcard of a time in your life and reflect on it," she shared via Live Nation. "I think this tour is going to be a real walk down memory lane for me, and I’m hoping that my audience, many of whom have been with me for 30 years, will also be able to go back in time with me."

Selling over three million singles around the world, the album full of life reflections and realizations spoke to every listener's soul. The celebratory tour will see McLachlan performing the album in its entirety alongside some of her greatest hits and crowd favorites. As a veteran in the industry, she hopes that her fans - old and new will travel back in time as she explores lyrical tales that got her through life.

At the time, the singer describes songwriting as an escape, a form of therapy. Contemplating life's reality and experiences, her music became a lyrical journal, taking her thoughts and feelings out and about. Revisiting these tales of darkness, helplessness, and clinging to hope, the album is definitely heavier than one might expect to celebrate... But thirty years since its release, the whole world tuned in to McLachlan's lyrical tales, with every message striking the heart.
